We cannot have only good thoughts, nor can a thoughtless state be created very easily in today's society. Anyone who takes the right path to health also has bad thoughts and deeds along the way.
These cannot be denied, so don't abuse yourself. Accept that bad thoughts occur but don't judge yourself or exaggerate the bad thoughts. If you study them a lot, they will simply make you feel full of remorse or compunction. But if you observe from the outside and only look at the reasons why they appear and disappear, they will soon leave your mind altogether. These negative thoughts will disappear if you leave them alone.
Release all those bad thoughts and don't identify with them. Don't give energy to negative feelings. Accept it if they happen, but as quickly as they appear, let them disappear. What wasn't here yesterday and won't be here tomorrow shouldn't make your present bitter. If you can act this way you will have less and less bad thoughts and actions, and instead be happy, joyful and well-balanced.
