Why should you combine different workouts?

My call to all age groups:
THE IMPORTANCE OF COMPLETE PHYSICAL TRAINING!

Since your body can do anything that you train it to do and since all the different kinds of exercise and sports have their distinct benefits, the best thing for you would be to do all kinds of exercise and to know their benefits and know which one to practise and when.

This takes a lot of time though. It’s like school where you studied all kinds of things and acquired knowledge gradually. When starting regular exercise you should aim for taking steps gradually towards your goal. You should start with something you like, something you’ve always wanted to try. The positive feedback will set up your mood to try other things as well.

For better and quicker results you should combine the different kinds of exercise. For example, weight training is much more effective if your breathing is right, or losing weight is much easier if your entire body is loose (cf. Top to Toe Training). You should always strive for a complete training to exercise your entire body using every type of training method. For example, if you head out to the forest for a ride, sometimes you ought to get off your bike, walk and do breathing exercises.

Connect different training types, do cardiovascular, muscle building and stretching exercises, too. Your training will only be complete if you not only do one kind of training but combine the different exercises.

So, for efficiency and the best possible results you’d better go for combined training! The goal of training is to reach the total harmony of the body and the soul so that you can feel better about yourself and the only way to do this is with combined training. :)

Why not do combined training at every training session? Is it too complicated?! With FitFive, it’s a breeze!
