Apart from using the mirror, it is better to take photos of yourself from every side, and even make a short video of your movement (while exercising, walking, running).
What you see on the pictures and the video is your outer physical body. How do you like it? Are you happy with it? Do you think that you are on the right or wrong track? Make up your mind what you want to change, then hide the photos and video. You can have a look at it a few months later...
