Why don’t excuses work?

Now I want to talk to those who know that they should do something for their health, but always find some excuse not to do anything for it.

"I don't have time for it."
You have, if you want to. Everybody has half an hour a day. A day is 24 hours out of which 8 hours are spent sleeping, 10 hours working (with commuting), and 2 hours eating. There are still 4 hours left. You can budget these four hours anyhow: productively and calmly, or senselessly, boringly and lazily. I recommend that you should try half an hour's training in the first place and then you still have 3.5 hours to watch TV, read, chat or play. If you are very busy and you haven't devoted any time for health training, be aware that you will be vulnerable to some kind of illness. Then you will have to sacrifice a lot of time to get rid of it. So I would rather advise you to wake up half an hour earlier, if you are not able to get time in another way.

"I don't need it."
But you know that it does you good, and you would be more content with your strength and appearance. So choose the right way, you need it!

"I don't have the energy for it."
This gives you a reason to introduce the training to your life slowly. You will have energy if you start the training, because you will gain it through the exercises! After the first few weeks you will recognise that you're not as weak as you had imagined!

"I will start it later."
When? When you are sick already? Prevention is a cleverer, more effective method. The basics of a healthy lifestyle must be put down early. This is the most important, everything comes after this. 90% of people sacrifice their health to earning money. Then becoming sick, they sacrifice that wealth to regain their health. You don't want this, you are cleverer. So start now!

"I'm too lazy to practise."
This is the main reason. I hear this one the most often. Excuse me, but isn't it embarrassing to admit? The remedy against laziness is activity. If you start practising training, the gradually improving results will boost you and you will enjoy it more and more! Start off small: park your car further away and walk towards your destination, dance to good music and use the stairs instead of the lift. Choose a sporting game and remember that FitFive will improve your level. It will make you ready to compete for longer and be better and stronger, and become the best on the field! Stop being lazy: you are an active person, and you know this inside.

"We're gonna die anyway."
I've also heard this so many times. This is true: everybody dies. But it's not irrelevant how you live your life until then: ill and nervous, or healthy and happy?

"I like some other sports."
Congratulations, honestly! You have to understand as a sports enthusiast that you need to improve your whole body. So show your body other methods, too! Be a perfectionist!

So don't hesitate; start now!
You don't need to hurry with your progress, because everyone has their own speed, but the only thing you have to accept, is that it's time to start!
Go for it!

I have been living according to FIT5 since 2002, and I always feel good. You can do it too!

I live according to FitFive: I enjoy great health and I feel always good!
