Who's FitFive recommended for?

FitFive recommended for everybodyThe theory and practice of FitFive are recommended for all age groups. Our mission is to spread FitFive to everyone who will use it actively to keep fit, stay healthy and prevent illnesses.

I believe this, because I know and experience on a daily basis that anyone can develop, anyone can apply the theory of FitFive and do the FitFive exercises.
