What to do if you miss a training session?

It can happen that for some reason you need to miss a training session. Generally there can be three kinds of reason:

Reason 1.
External reason: Anything that comes up in connection with your work, school or family. If the time is not compatible with training, concentrate on the task at hand, you will soon compensate for the training!

Reason 2.
Your own inner decision: If you don't feel capable of training that day according to your feelings, don't force it on yourself. Listen to your inner voice, whether your decision has a physical or spiritual reason, it is usually correct.

Reason 3.
Laziness: Don't confuse the inner voice with laziness. If everything is all right, just stand up and start training.

If you miss training, don't berate yourself! Remorse is a negative feeling, and you don't need negative thoughts.

Accept if you make mistakes through laziness, confess this to yourself and try not to do it next time. Also, compensate the missed session asap.

If you missed an important training stage, don't continue according to your training diary, but go back to the last session and start work with that. The number of weeks you missed training must be the point of reference for restarting your training program, according to the date you stopped.
