1. Keep in mind the child's age during practise!
2. Do not make your children perform exercises they cannot or will not do! If the child is ill, let him rest!
3. Show them just how strong and flexible they really are. If they are familiar with the limitations of their bodies, they will not attempt anything unrealistic or risk injury to themselves.
4. Exercise together with your child often to set a good example!
5. ATTENTION!
During exercise, the most injury prone points of the body are:
- Wrists and ankles: need to be warmed thoroughly;
- Knees: strengthen the leg muscles and do mini circles with the knee;
- Spinal column: always exercise the muscles of the torso and try to improve the flexibility of the spinal column.
