1. Increases the blood capacity and temperature of the muscles. 2. Stimulates the heart operation, circulation and breathing. 3. Reduces the chance of injury. 4. Prepares the nervous system for training, improves the coordination of nerve tissue. 5. Increases the moving spread of the joints, so this way it is easier to carry out properly the exercises. 6. Helps the flow of inner energy in the whole body.

Warm-ups and stretching are two different concepts. Warm-ups come first, since we cannot stretch cold muscles, because it can cause micro breakages, or in the worst cases, muscle fibre breakages. Therefore, it is necessary to do concentric exercises first and then stretching exercises during warming up your body parts.

The FitFive system puts a big emphasis on the daily warm up and movement of the body. Therefore, I constructed a complete warm-up exercise list that you need to practise every day. In the beginning, warm-ups have an additional role, because with the stretching of the different muscles you can get to know their functions well. Another important role of FitFive warm-up practise is to test your actual state. You can set out easily if you have enough physical and mental preparation, plus the will and enthusiasm to do the actual daily training. If you feel that the warm-up was good, but you don't feel like continuing, then use the...

Imagine that inner energy flows in every part of your body. If your muscles and joints are loose enough and you don't have cramps or any kind of pain, then energy will flow in freely and you will feel fresh all over. This is why doing daily warm-ups is so important! Now you can easily maintain the state of loose muscles and joints, in other words, the free-flow of energy. Above all, as a result of warmed muscles you can do the over-all practise in only 5 minutes. But if you miss training for several days, your muscles will stiffen, and it could take a further 15-20 minutes to warm up.

FitFive warm-up exercises are not about externality, but still pay attention to the beauty of your movements: keep feet parallel, fingers closed, arms and legs stretched, straighten your pose, drawn in your stomach, lift your head. Give respect to your body and keep these simple rules! The order of the warm-up activities means that, even after a short time of practise, the pattern of movements flows from one to the other. In everyday life, movements connect with a following one, they don't separate from each other. That's why we have to learn combined movements even in sport. Practise the warm-up exercises in ample clothes and...
