Pro-athletes are indeed pro's because they are the best at executing the most BASIC moves of their chosen sport. They practice those moves every day!
I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for 10 years now, and I’ve helped hundreds of people to perfect their training exercises. They also call me a Training Master and I am the webmaster of 5 sports training webportals on the Internet. Considering all the experience I’ve gained so far I can safely say that it doesn’t matter how hard or how persistently you train, you only have a shot at making your progress real and lasting if you apply the 5 foundations of exercising.
There are 5 basic training plans that constitute the FIT5 Mandatory Basics Training Program.
This program shows you how to train your body regularly in a simple, consistent way so that you’ll succeed whatever your goal may be!
1. Head to Toe Training (20 minutes) – this set of exercises moves your whole body to release all the energy blocks in your joints.
2. Complete Breathing (10 minutes) – strengthens your lungs and helps to deliver energy to every cell in your body.
3. Morning Exercises (10 minutes) – refreshes and activates your body every morning.
4. Warm-up Exercises (10 minutes) – proper warm-up will prepare your body before training or sports activity.
5. Full Body Relaxation Exercises (10 minutes) – completely regenerates your entire body.
These training plans are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to achieve the desired results - for YOU TOO! With the right foundations you’ll succeed in every kind of training, be it body building, fat burning, yoga or anything else! It might seem a lot but it’s not, as you don’t need to do every kind of exercise every day and it’s only 10-20 minutes per training. The combination method ensures that you will reach your goal!
I want the BEST for you, I want you to achieve your training objective and that’s exactly why I emphasise the 5 basic training plans as the cornerstones of regular exercise.
MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION! BE CONSISTENT! Start your self development with the theory and read the FIT5 theory. This way you’ll learn the basics of training planning and you’ll also learn that you shouldn’t treat your training objective (be it weight loss, body shaping, muscle building, suppleness or anything else) as something separate from you. It should harmonise with your entire nature and character.
If the foundations of your training regimen are built up consistently, you can execute any other additional training plan, and you are 100% sure to succeed with it!
