4. PillaRX Twists

Step 1. Place the pillar over your shoulder at the back of your neck.
Step 2. Hold the pillar with both hands laterally.
Step 3. Rotate your spine to the left, performing a full 90-degree twist while looking behind you.
Step 4. Return to the starting position and repeat the twist to the right side.
