You should pay attention to the impact of what you are doing, and be aware of it self-confidently during your advancement. It is not a competition either with others or yourself. Just accept if you are slower than you expected to be. Just enjoy this way of progressing, and the process will accelerate on its own. Don't give yourself negative comments and don't stop practicing.

Stop focusing on fast, huge results, but start instead feeling good and being happy in each training situation.

Never force the exercises or make them compulsory; do it if you feel like and because you enjoy it.
