Eating correctly and taking regular exercise are important but they aren't substitute for medical treatment in the case of serious illnesses.

The author and publisher do not accept responsibility for accidental injuries caused during use of the FitFive program.

Before practising FitFive exercises, visit your doctor, have yourself examined and ask for his opinion on the exercises you wish to practice.

We recommend that you print out the exercises, and ask your doctor if practicing these exercises are suitable for you.

Read the theoretical parts thoroughly and progress gradually.

Always concentrate on the exercises, and follow your body’s signals: if you feel pain or dizziness, stop training, lie on your back and relax. If the pain or dizziness continues, visit your doctor.
