Running seems to be very easy but the correct technique is the most important, and keeping breathing even and improving level gradually.
The correct technique can be recognised by the fact that there are no needless movements - the running is natural, fluid, the length of the step is neither long nor short.
However, I see a lot of runners to run without an economic technique, so I will describe what we should pay attention to when running.
Posture is important: straight back, raised chest, lifted chin.
Imagine the running movement in front of yourself, stand up and try to imitate the running movement based on the following description.
Start from a dead-lock position: left foot stands on the ground, you lift up the right one bent, your right knee is ahead of the line of the standing left foot.
The knee of the swinging right leg swings forward, in the meantime you stretch the left leg out, this way you take off the ground.
The body gets into the air as the effect of the two movements (swinging and taking-off).
The taking off left leg bends, the ankle twists towards the bottom.
The swinging right leg stretches out, the sole reaches the ground with its fore-outer part, then the whole sole rolls down and so on.
The arms are bent at right angles swinging forwards and backwards on both sides of the body, the opposite way to the legs.
The trunk leans forward, depending on the intensity of running.
