How to do a beautiful, dynamic and fast warm-up?

FitFive warm-up exercises are not about externality, but still pay attention to the beauty of your movements: keep feet parallel, fingers closed, arms and legs stretched, straighten your pose, drawn in your stomach, lift your head. Give respect to your body and keep these simple rules!

The order of the warm-up activities means that, even after a short time of practise, the pattern of movements flows from one to the other. In everyday life, movements connect with a following one, they don't separate from each other. That's why we have to learn combined movements even in sport.

Practise the warm-up exercises in ample clothes and without shoes. The complete movements take 15-20 minutes in the beginning, but as soon as you know the order of the stretching, and your muscles and joints are loose every day, you can warm up all your body in 5 minutes!
