One third of adults snore. Snoring is caused by the blockage of some upper respiratory passage in the nose or in the throat. Weak neck and throat muscles, the pulse of the soft palate give nerve-wrecking sounds for others to hear, since like other muscles in the body, these muscles also relax during sleeping. These throat muscles also get weak in parallel with aging.
Apart from this, fat loading on the neck (where the work of the muscles is delayed) is also a main reason of snoring. The possibility of snoring is raised by drunkenness and sleeping tablets, because the muscles relax automatically, by smoking, as the smoke destroys the fabric of the throat, by sleeping on your back, because the tongue slips back to the throat and closes the passage of the air.
There are special operations, but you don't need to go that far for results: the system's self-curing ability is unlimited. Therefore, snoring can be stopped by regular throat and tongue exercises, by lying on your side, stopping smoking, forgetting about sleeping tablets and reducing the amount of alcohol or consuming it only occasionally. So with a correct lifestyle, or walking on the right track!
