How and why to combine theory and practice

Exercising doesn't only take time and energy; it creates them. Learn what exercises your body needs and practise those regularly.

And in the meantime you make progress: as the body develops, the mind develops, too. Unfortunately, it is not true the other way around, look at great scientists who only cultivate their minds, but their bodies decay. If you train your body but not your mind, you will be strong and stupid. But if you develop only your brain, you will be smart and weak. But if you pay attention to both, you become strong and smart!

This "strong and smart" level can only be gained slowly, working on both sides simultaneously. If a pendant swings to the far right, it will swing to the far left, too, and this happens many times until it gets a balance again. If you collect only theoretical information, after a while with a lack of evidence you won't believe the theories. If you follow the training of your body without a system or correct teaching, you will get into a risky situation.

Theory without practise is useless, practise without theory is dangerous.

The theoretical part of FitFive lets you understand how things work, while the practical part brings the results.
