The FitFive system puts a big emphasis on the daily warm up and movement of the body. Therefore, I constructed a complete warm-up exercise list that you need to practise every day. In the beginning, warm-ups have an additional role, because with the stretching of the different muscles you can get to know their functions well.
Another important role of FitFive warm-up practise is to test your actual state. You can set out easily if you have enough physical and mental preparation, plus the will and enthusiasm to do the actual daily training. If you feel that the warm-up was good, but you don't feel like continuing, then use the freshness caused by the all-round moving of your body and continue to feel good by spending time on something else.
Thorough warm-up always defines the intensity of follow-up practise. By the way, the energy created during warm-up training will make you able to complete the prescribed main practise even more enthusiastically in most cases. This way, a FitFive warm-up heartens you to do more and more practise.
