Exercise for 30s

My call to 30 year olds:
DON’T WAIT ANY LONGER!

You still feel strong, but this will come to pass and with the passing of time it will be harder and harder to adopt regular exercise, when in fact you’re gonna need it A LOT.

You have to make up your mind and understand that change will not happen from one day to the next without your decision.

You must practice! The more you try something, the better your chances are at making it a part of your daily routine. In the end you’ll enjoy all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. And finally you'll enjoy a good way of life all your life! But remember: DON’T WAIT ANY LONGER!
