Exercise for 20s

My call to 20 year olds:
BE SMART, DON’T PROCRASTINATE!

Do you feel like the time to start regular exercise hasn’t come yet? Got a good physique? So far, so good: you’re still young.

However, the time will come when you’ll be working and studying a lot and won’t have enough time for sports and eventually you will get lazy. You’ll be longing to be 20 again when you were still strong and good-looking! Don’t wait for this decline to catch up with you, don’t let your routine in exercise you gained during the regular P.E. classes in school go to waste!

Learn to adopt regular exercise as a part of your life now because when you’re 30 or 40 you won’t be able to handle all the tasks at one go! If you familiarise yourself with it now and learn the basics, you’ll only have to brush it up later. It will be much easier for you to adopt regular exercise when the time comes! Be smart! DON’T PROCRASTINATE!
