You have to be healthy to achieve constant, true happiness. But it only depends on you. The most important thing is to believe in your health. Imagine it and make yourself perfectly healthy!
Regular exercise is a true source of joy and power, which gives wings to your life. Lots of people try to find the balance of body and mind but are unsuccessful, because they overcomplicate the solution and don't believe in themselves. It's sometimes really hard to take the correct path, because other things can tempt and obstruct you, but you can step over barriers.
Don't think for a minute that you only face hard work, however, or that it will be impossibly hard to reach the top level of health! It's just the opposite: want it and trust it that good health is close to you, your way forward is simple and easy!
